A woman-owned regenerative ranch, breeding and raising Akaushi cattle on 220 acres of historic Virginia land.
It all started with a passion for healthy protein, from healthy animals.

I am a fitness & nutrition coach turned first generation rancher, raising our three kids, a herd of cattle and other 4 legged friends on 220 acres of pastureland, woodland and wetland conservation.

Villacaro Farms is pasture-based & regeneratively-focused, with my animals health and happiness always at the top of the priority list.

We sell a limited quantity of beef shares & some retail beef. We also have soy-free, pasture raised eggs available. Please contact me to reserve an order for pick up.

In 2023, we began focusing on breeding purebred, naturally polled Akaushi cattle, with proven growth rates on forage, docile temperaments & excellent maternal qualities. We sell yearlings, bred females & cow/calf pairs.
