Beef Share

Simply put, a ‘beef share’ is the purchase of a percentage of a whole steer. You have the option to reserve a whole, half, or quarter share.

The share comes custom cut to your preference, with various steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, and more. By purchasing a beef share, you get access to unique cuts of Wagyu that we may not retail, such as tenderloin roasts, prime rib, organs, and more!

Beef shares require a reservation and deposit. We are currently taking reservations for 2024.

Beef Share Pricing

Beef shares are priced based on a $ per lb of hanging weight at time of slaughter. A whole beef is typically 900-1,000 lbs hanging weight.

The totals are shown as estimates to give a general idea of the investment in a share; however the actual price will vary based on the size of the animal and how the beef is cut.

The totals include the cost for the share, a 21-28 day dry age, USDA processing fees at our certified humane butcher and home delivery to the DMV area.
